We believe that every business is in itself an expedition, a “journey undertaken by a group of people with a definite objective.” We outfit our clients with the gear and provisions they need for a rewarding adventure and help them navigate the surest and most expeditious path for the ultimate conquest.
Our Space:
Our industry focus is Supply Chain Logistics. We apply our broad range of functional skills to virtually every link in the logistics value chain. From market research and strategy development to business and financial planning, operations management, technology application and mergers and acquisitions, we touch all the critical functional elements of businesses working along the chain. Ursa Major serves both buy and sell sides, working with firms demanding products and services as well as those supplying them.

Our team of Ursa Major Consultants comprises a virtual constellation of stars, subject-matter-experts with the objectivity, perspicacity and operating experience to “help our clients find their way.” We apply just the right skills required to accomplish our clients’ objectives, tapping the applicable talents of our resident cluster of Senior Consultants while reaching out to Affiliates and Advisors, as well. Ursa Major Consultants work with our clients as individuals or as part of a team, on short term well-defined assignments as well as long-term projects and in retained relationships. Ursa Major Associates is not an overhead-burdened organization driven by demands for headcount productivity. We take a scalable approach to our assignments and are able to accept short-term, highly focused tasks and build on them, as needed, toward long term comprehensive engagements if required.
